This privacy policy applies to eba.hk, the public application process, file submission, event registration, sponsorship, media enquiries, winner profile updates and related communications managed by the organising committee or secretariat.
We may collect names, company names, job titles, phone numbers, WhatsApp, email addresses, company profiles, brand materials, website and social links, PPT / PDF / video / image attachments, attendance records, winner information and enquiry communications for applications, enquiries, sponsorship, media contact, event registration or data corrections.
Some information is required for application or event administration. If it is not provided, the committee may be unable to process an application, arrange judging, confirm attendance or follow up on cooperation.
Information is used to process applications, create application codes, verify company and contact details, arrange file submission, organise judging, scoring and administration, manage event registration, guest reception, awards arrangements, winner showcase, media materials, sponsorship discussions and Extraordinary Branding Awards-related communications.
Contact and administrative attachments are handled by the secretariat according to the application purpose. Brand submission materials mainly include brand declarations, cases, videos, photos, media coverage and brand evidence.
For the above purposes, information may be shared as needed with the organising committee, secretariat, judges, venues, event service providers, technology providers, sponsors and partners, media and authorities legally entitled to request information. Sharing is limited to the relevant purpose and reasonable need.
We take reasonable steps to protect information and retain it for programme administration, judging, event records, media enquiries, legal and reasonable operational needs. When information is no longer required, it will be deleted, anonymised or no longer used where practicable.
You may request access to or correction of personal data held by the committee, or request to stop receiving non-essential programme communications. Please contact eba2026@jciqueensway.org.hk by email and provide sufficient details for identity verification and processing.
This website may link to winners, supporting bodies, sponsors, media, application or file upload platforms.
