Who Should Apply

For Growth Brands in Hong Kong, the GBA and Overseas Markets

EBA is designed for enterprises and startups with a brand foundation seeking cross-border expansion, overseas showcase, media exposure or institutional resources.

Eligibility

Hong Kong, Mainland and overseas operating companies may submit brand cases. The secretariat will first verify company, contact and declaration details.

Application Groups

Enterprise Group is for mature brands established for five years or above; Startup Group is for brands under five years with growth potential.

Six Enterprise Tracks

The six tracks apply to the Enterprise Group only. Startup Group is reviewed as one broad track without sub-classification.

Submit Basic Details First, Then Upload Files via a Secure Link

Basic Application

Submit company, region, contact, phone, email and award group. Enterprise applicants may add a track; Startup applicants do not need to choose a track.

Brand Declaration

Add company profile, brand story, products or services, brand results, go-global plan, case summary, video and social links.

Secure File Upload

After submission, a secure upload link is shown. Enterprises do not need backend login and can upload case decks, logos, images or administrative documents by category.

Review & Judging

Staff mark the file checklist and assign only judge-visible materials to judges; administrative, payment and sensitive files remain staff-only.

Step 1: Free Basic Registration

Only company name, region, contact person, phone and email are required. The secretariat can follow up on the rest later.

Enterprise applicants may choose one of the six tracks; the secretariat can advise if undecided.

Step 2: Optional Files / Video

You can submit even if files are not ready. After registration, you will get a secure link to upload PPT, video or other materials later.

Upload the final deck where possible; PPT, PPTX and PDF are accepted.
For large videos, add a video link first or upload later through the secure link.
For example certifications, awards, media coverage, partner proof or evidence that helps judges understand the brand.

  • Business registration / license, certificate of incorporation, payment-related materials, contact and administrative documents
  • Sensitive financial proof and internal notes are handled by the secretariat only
  • The secretariat decides in the backend whether each file is judge-visible or staff-only

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to pay before applying?

No. EBA 2026 award application is free. The public form first collects company and contact details, and files can be submitted later. If exchange tour, sponsorship or other paid arrangements apply, the secretariat will contact you separately.

What is the deadline?

The 2026 application and file submission deadline is 31 July 2026, 23:59 Hong Kong time, subject to the latest official announcement. We recommend submitting basic details first so the secretariat can follow up.

Which documents will judges see?

Judges only see brand cases, declaration materials, product photos, media coverage and relevant evidence. Administrative, payment and sensitive financial documents remain staff-only.

What file formats are accepted?

Brand declaration files should be PPT, PPTX or PDF. Supporting materials may be PDF, DOC, DOCX, JPG, PNG or WebP. Videos should preferably be MP4 or MOV. Large videos may be submitted as links first and provided later if requested.

Can I apply for the award only?

Yes. You may choose Award Entry Only or Award Entry + Exchange Tour. Tour arrangements, quota and fees are subject to final announcement and secretariat confirmation.
